Because our shoppers do the heavy lifting—including carrying bulky items up staircases and straight to your door—we charge a predictable, fair add-on of $2.50 extra per additional heavy case (like 24-packs of water) beyond our standard limit. No surprises, just fair pay for honest, hard work.
